Billie

Founder, Health and Wellbeing Coach

Introducing Billie, the visionary founder of Benefit Body and Mind. Billie's lifelong passion for sports has been the driving force behind her mission. Inspired by observing friends struggle to balance academics and exercise, she is dedicated to highlighting the interconnectedness of physical activity and mental well-being. Billie firmly believes that any form of movement is a positive step, and her goal is to reach and assist as many individuals as possible. She finds fulfillment in witnessing the transformative impact on her clients' confidence as they embrace lifestyle shifts. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Level 3 Personal Training

- Level 3 in Exercise Referral

- Level 4 Exercise for Mental Health 

- Mental Health First Aid trained

Danny

Health and Wellbeing Coach

Danny’s passion is to help people improve lifestyles through fitness, as he believes that exercise can benefit both the body and the mind.  Danny is currently working with several charities within Cornwall to enable individuals from all backgrounds to partake in some form of exercise so that they can take their first steps into a more physical lifestyle. No matter your current fitness level he can help you experience both the physical and mental benefits that exercise can bring into your life; whilst more than likely having a good laugh along the way.
